Climate change is the greatest threat to the future of our planet, but there is still time for us to adapt to it and mitigate its effects.<\/p>

It\u2019s a known fact that global temperature records are being continually broken. According to the\u202fWorld Meteorological Organization (WMO),\u202fthe five-year period 2015-2019 was the hottest of all time.\u202fAccording to GlobalChange.gov, the average global temperature has increased by 1.7\u00b0 F\u00a0since 1880<\/span>,\u202fsea levels have risen\u202fby about 8 inches and the Arctic sea ice cover has shown significant declines in recent decades.<\/span><\/p>

Climate change is a reality that is affecting millions of people across the world,\u202fespecially the most vulnerable.<\/p>
