Included in the ongoing redevelopment project is the Emmen city zoo, a downtown theater, an area park, and several residential complexes.
The Castle Tree Grate utilized a removable inner ring, so that as the tree grows in diameter, the inner ring can be removed to provide the tree with plenty of room.
