Business Development Assistant
Job Description
GreenBlue Urban North America is looking for an enthusiastic team member to fill a position in sales and business development. We are looking for a person with good communication skills (telephone and in person) self-motivation with strong organizational and has MS office skills.
Below is a list of responsibilities that will be involved.
- Qualify new leads
- Entering data from platforms to find new leads for qualification as an opportunity in the CRM with as much information as possible
- Follow up all opportunities to the point of them being put out to tender
- Hand over to the relevant sales member to manage till order
- Arranging product presentations to relevant interested parties to introduce GBU
- Follow up on any potential opportunities that arise from the presentations
- Provide support to clients in the planning stages of an opportunity this may include giving technical advice
- Carry out presentations (once competent and understanding the products)
- Attending conferences.
- You will be expected to record all conversations and emails that are pertinent in the CRM
- You will be expected to achieve realistic and attainable KPI’s
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years +
SKILLS:
- All Microsoft office applications
- Beneficial if you have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and bilingual in French
- Some experience in graphic design would be preferable

Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The role of the Sales Coordinator is to successfully support new and existing customers to generate live sales leads for Key Account Managers while proactively generating sales. Managing specified Key Accounts and customers to continually develop relationships to achieve the strategic sales plan, expanding the customer base meeting and exceeding sales targets. A new permanent position has arisen to join the Sales team at a dynamic company at the GreenBlue Urban located in Knoxville TN.
Responsibilities that will be involved.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains productive business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territories.
- Create and manage new and existing customer/Opportunity portfolios.
- Conducting sales calls regarding current pipeline projects from tender to close, seeking to close projects with the goal of installing GreenBlue Urban products.
- Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship.
- Update CRM on daily basis, for all customer interactions
- Generating sales by working with the team to reach company targets for orders received and invoiced sales, whilst meeting and exceeding KPIs and individual revenue goals.
- Using and understanding all elements and functions on CRM, or any other relevant company systems with accurate record keeping.
- Continually learn and develop in terms of our products, arboriculture, construction and selling.
- Contributing to sales strategy on new markets and opportunities, with cross departmental interaction as and when required.
ATTITUDE AND CHARACTER
Primary attributes looked for from the candidate are as follows:
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude, self-motivated and goal driven
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Respectful & Courteous
- Reliable, tidy with strong organizational skills

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum six months of telesales experience preferable in business-to-business environment, comfortable with speaking on the phone to new and existing customers.
- To take ownership of actions, seeing them through to completion
- Beneficial to have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and bilingual Spanish
