The design of the outdoor facilities was one important factor, as the intent was to create a comfortable environment for the residents. Planting areas with trees, shrubs, and grasses divide the spaces into interesting individual areas. The complete ArborSystem was selected for the tree planting in the areas with hardscape surfaces, to allow for healthy growth of the trees.
