Bloor Homes has integrated GreenBlue Urban HydroPlanters as a sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) alternative to traditional swales, ponds, and tanks. These HydroPlanters manage stormwater runoff directly from the roads, gradually attenuating into specialised soil and filtering out road pollution. Over 400 units of this innovative solution have resulted in significant cost savings and given Bloor Homes greater freedom of space when designing the development.
