In celebration of its 30th anniversary, GreenBlue is hosting multiple events across the UK and yesterday were delighted to welcome local MPs to their headquarters in Bodiam, East Sussex.
Both Sally-Ann Hart, MP for Hastings and Rye and Huw Merriman, MP for Bexhill and Battle were greeted by CEO Dean Bowie and MD Roy Bowie for a presentation on why GreenBlue exists with a tour of GreenBlue’s UK manufacturing facility. Renowned for using 100% recycled plastic, omitting landfill and providing products that enable green and blue infrastructure, specifically mature established trees which are providing long-term multiple benefits for now and our future generations.
Both were fascinated by the range of products on offer and by the means by which GreenBlue are establishing the future landscape on a global scale. Intrigued by the manufacturing processes – amazed by the robots and sheer production outputs daily. Both concurred that they hadn’t realised the size of the operation.
I am thrilled to visit such a forward-thinking company! – Sally-Ann Hart
