Urban Mediaspace Aarhus is part of the transformation of Aarhus inner harbour from industrial harbour to urban space. The project consists of a number of elements: Dokk1 – a huge new library and multi media building, new waterfront spaces for community activities, a large automatic parking lot, opening of the remaining part of Aarhus River leading up to the old centre of the city, restructuring the infrastructure of the harbour and making future climate protection of city centre.

The project is a dramatic change of Aarhus at the cost of more than 2 billion Danish Kroner. GreenBlue partner company Milford has supplied the products for all of the tree planting and green infrastructure in this gigantic project.
